Carol has struggled with hearing loss most of her adult life. Her current hearing aids are in need of repair, and with no coverage for hearing aids in Hamilton, she can’t afford new ones. As a mother to a 9-year-old, Carol relies on her hearing aids and speech cues to communicate, but she’s struggling to manage it all.

Thanks to the Campaign for Better Hearing Give-back Program, Carol has received a brand-new pair of hearing aids.
