Mandy has faced many challenges, from a stroke nearly 20 years ago to a lengthy hospital stay in recent years. After losing her husband and being forced to give up her home, Mandy's financial situation has been difficult. Despite limited finances and being ineligible for hearing aid coverage, Mandy remains motivated to improve her quality of life.

Asked what the hardest thing about hearing loss is, she said: “Getting information mixed up and sometimes not getting things right is very frustrating”

Thanks to the Campaign for Better Hearing Give-back Program, Mandy has received a brand-new pair of hearing aids.
